The Bruce family work with some of the UK’s leading food and drink producers. Bruce’s blackcurrants have grown on the land for more than 30 years with the majority of the crop going to GSK to produce Ribena. GSK hand selects its suppliers and Bruce Farms is one of only four Scottish farmers that supply GSK. A wide variety of blackcurrants are farmed on 250 acres of land which is harvested between July and August.
The blackcurrants for GSK are made into concentrate within 24 hours. Ribena is partnered with the Wildlife Trust and Bruce Farms is proud to meet their responsible farming standards.
